General

COVID-19

We are happy to tell you that we are trying to re-open our stores gradually. To maintain the health and safety of our community, we are putting new safety protocols into practice in our retail stores. To begin, our employees have received health and safety training and have been provided with personal protective equipment : inclusive of hand sanitizer, face coverings, and gloves (anytime needed). We are looking forward to welcoming our customers back into our stores. In an effort to keep our community healthy and safe, we’d like to ask that all of you wear a face covering(masks) while in our stores, maintain social distancing guidelines, and adhere to the capacity restrictions within each store. If you exhibit a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, please refrain from visiting our store and visit us at www.highcultured.com.mm .

 

Opening Hours

We are normally opening from 9 am to 9pm on the weekdays and 9 am to 10 pm on holidays and weekends.

But according to the current situation of Myanmar, we are opening from 9 am to 3:30 pm.

We always announce if the opening hours change, please keep in touch with High Cultured Myanmar social media and on the website.

 

Personalize Appointment 

We offer personalized shopping experiences. If you wanna take advantage of this experience for one or a team of you guys, you can book us and we’ll arrange you with the best/ most convenient time and find you the best store of us.

Ordering from High Cultured E-commerce and Possible Delay on Order

You can still place an order on www.highcultured.com.mm and from a social media platform. However deliveries may experience slight delays during this uncertain time. Due to current local regulations, some areas cannot be shipped to. For more information contact our Customer Care team. Thank you for your understanding.

Size Problems

Please consider, all High Cultured products are shown in EU sizes generally and all products have EU size labels. You can find a Size Table for each product.The Size Table serves as an indicator to help you to find the right size. Please don’t forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the items and please read the Return/Exchange Policy here. Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our Customer Care Team will be more than happy to assist you. 

 

Sales and Promotions

High Cultured Myanmar offers seasonal sales twice a year generally. But in some special events / programs we may offer other sales and promotions. To be notified and get your personal invitation before our sale starts or for other promotions and events, Please subscribe to your email here. Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Please note that Sales and Promotions items are not exchangeable and refundable. 

 

Payment 

The High Cultured Store including online stores (e-commerce)  accepts the following payment methods:

  • Debit/ Credit
  • MPU
  • K pay 
  • CB pay 
  • Internet banking/ Mobile banking
  • Cash On Delivery ( for limited cities only)

But according to the current situation of Myanmar, we may accept the payment methods only in cash and internet banking/ mobile banking without prior notice.

 

SPECIAL PROGRAM 

Gift Voucher and Gift Card 

High Cultured Myanmar runs the gift voucher and gift card program. 

Gift cards can be bought only at High Cultured Store and website. You can use anytime and any store of High Cultured. You can give it to your friends. 

You can get a Gift voucher from special events of High Cultured and from your friends and cannot be bought. But you cannot use a gift voucher on any event/ program of Sale and Promotions of High Cultured Myanmar. You can only use one gift voucher at a time but can be used on any store of High Cultured Myanmar.

 

Points and Rewards

When you purchase any items of High Cultured Myanmar at the store or website, you will receive certain points of the times your purchase. Those points can be used in the next purchase only and will expire within 6 months. But in order to receive the points you have to create your account on the website/ app.
