​Exchange & Return Policy



We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the High Cultured. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. However, we understand that occasionally a product may not fully meet your expectations.  In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms regarding product returns. General:

Exchange​ Policy

  • We kindly ask that all items be returned in their original condition — unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items may be exchanged only if they are defective, and all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item selected is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
  • For footwear, original tags must remain attached, and the shoe box sticker should not be removed or altered.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges for accessories, knitwear, underwear, socks, caps, and white-coloured items.
  • Each item is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
  • This exchange policy is valid within Myanmar.
  • Items must be returned within the applicable return period from the date of receipt.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding. Kindly note that we reserve the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests.

Applicable for In-Store Purchases

  • All exchanges must be made within 48 hours from the date stated on the official receipt.
  • Please present the original official receipt to our staff when requesting an exchange,  as we are unable to proceed without it.
  • Kindly note that sale items are not eligible for size or colour exchanges.
  • Please be informed that we do not offer cash refunds.

Applicable for online purchase: 

  •       Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags still attached within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  •       Customers will not be entitled to an exchange if the items have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of parcel, therefore we will return the goods to you at your costs and expense. 
  •       The evaluation process may take up to 15 days from when we received the return item.
  •       Customers must send us the clear and complete shipment receipt.
  •       STRICTLY no size and colour exchange for all sales items.
  •       NO cash refund policy shall apply. We only do store credits and you shall receive it to your account and to receive this you must have an account on our app/web. 
  •       The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item. 
  •       Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items within 48 hours upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
  •       Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by HIGH CULTURED. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes the necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

INCORRECT / MISSING / FAULTY OF ITEM: If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue to start the returns/exchange procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available. Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by HIGH CULTURED. Please do keep and show us the shipment receipt for reference.
