      Delivery Policy

        For Other Cities, your order will be delivered tomorrow. We will send you a gate voucher within a day of receiving it. When the item arrives, let us know whether your order was convenient.

        For Yangon, your order will be delivered tomorrow. If your address is within Yangon, please allow 2 to 3 days for your item to arrive. We would be grateful if you could share your feedback after receiving your order.

      Order Processing

        Orders are processed within 3 working hours on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

        Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

        Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2–3 working days.

      Delivery Service & Tracking Information

        We use Royal Express for delivery. We’ll send you the Royal slip and tracking number via Messenger or chat. You can easily check your delivery status with your tracking number. For other services, you can directly contact us or provide a service phone number.

      Peak Seasons

        During peak seasons and promotional periods, order processing may take longer than usual due to high order volume. Customers are kindly advised to place orders at least one week in advance, in addition to the regular lead time, especially during festive periods such as the Myanmar New Year, anniversaries, special events, Black Friday, and the New Year.  We truly appreciate your understanding, as delivery timelines may vary during these periods.
